$299/month for the first six monthly billing periods, then $399/month from the seventh period onward. This saves $600 over the first six periods compared with the standard $399/month rate. Promotional offer good until Halloween (October 31, 2026). Complete eligibility review, enrollment and your first successful payment by October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time. An inquiry alone does not reserve the promotional rate.

Standard setup is included. There is no separate standard setup fee and no six-month commitment. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment. No additional work or fee is included unless separately agreed in writing.

This is a monthly subscription that renews until canceled. Signing this agreement alone does not charge you. Your first successful subscription payment starts billing and the first monthly service period. Later charges follow the monthly billing schedule shown by Stripe. The promotion covers six monthly billing periods, not 180 days. Your receipt and billing record identify the actual dates; we confirm your next renewal and promotional end date after payment.

Before paying, check that checkout shows the $100 monthly discount for six months and $299 before any applicable tax. If checkout shows $399 for your initial payment, contact [email protected] before proceeding so we can resolve the mismatch. This agreement does not authorize an undisclosed change to the introductory price.

• Agreed business-detail and service-information updates based on your actual business.
• Two profile posts per monthly service period.
• Up to six genuine business-photo updates per monthly service period, using photos you supply with permission to publish.
• Up to 20 routine review replies per monthly service period, reviewed by IrvGrowth before publication and subject to your selected approval instruction.
• Weekly profile checks.
• A monthly summary of completed work, local visibility, available profile activity and relevant next steps.

Google-reported activity and third-party visibility measurements are identified separately. Missing information is identified clearly. A click on a phone button is not proof of a completed call or sale.

You retain ownership of your profile and existing accounts. You authorize IrvGrowth to manage the covered profile within this scope, including agreed business-detail updates, posts and supplied photos. Grant manager access using the instructions we provide; do not send passwords or recovery codes.

Provide accurate business details, materials you have permission to use, and timely approvals. Tell us promptly when your hours, services or contact details change, or if another agency is editing the profile. Missing access, materials or approvals can delay work. We confirm the initial work schedule after reviewing your information and access.

Your review-reply instruction is recorded on the acceptance page. Under either choice, IrvGrowth reviews replies before publication. Sensitive complaints, disputed facts and matters requiring a business decision are referred to your designated contact. We do not publish unverified business claims or private customer information.

Extra locations, higher review volume, verification disputes, suspension appeals and duplicate-profile resolution need a separate review and written scope and price. Website articles, website repairs, technical SEO, advertising, inquiry follow-up and review-request campaigns are not included. This subscription does not include importing or messaging customer lists.

We agree any additional work and price before proceeding. There is no website build or website buyout obligation under this plan.

Cancel by emailing [email protected] before your next billing date to stop the next monthly charge. We confirm the cancellation and service end date. Service continues through the period already paid for unless you request that profile work and access stop sooner. You do not have to remain subscribed for six months to use the promotion.

We review refund requests individually. This does not limit refund rights provided by law.

You keep ownership of your profile, photos, logos and other materials you already own. When you ask to end our profile management or remove our access, we relinquish our management permissions within seven business days. No additional purchase is required to release your profile. If you request access removal before the paid period ends, work requiring that access stops when it is removed.

At service end, we provide copies of customer-owned files we hold for this service and completed reports available to us. Keep your own copies. Agency software accounts and licenses are not transferred, and ongoing software access after cancellation is not included. Billing, agreement and other required records may be retained under our Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

Google Business Profile itself is free. Your fee pays for IrvGrowth's management service. IrvGrowth is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google controls eligibility, verification, available features and search results. We do not guarantee any ranking, number of reviews, leads or sales. Provider outages, policy changes and access restrictions may affect work and reporting.

If payment fails, we notify you and allow seven days from the failed payment to fix it. Before pausing service for an unpaid bill, we also give at least 48 hours' warning, including the amount due, payment instructions and potential pause date. The email uses bold wording. If texting permission exists, the text starts with IMPORTANT: PAYMENT OVERDUE.

We may pause only if the bill remains unpaid after both the seven-day payment period and the 48-hour warning period have passed. A failed payment does not transfer ownership of your profile to us.
